Job Title: Accountant / Accounting Clerk

Location: Danville, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $32-$34/hour
Duration: 2-3 Month Temporary Assignment

About the Opportunity:
This role involves helping a busy team catch up on work while assisting with a NetSuite conversion. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while leveraging your accounting expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): You'll need a deep understanding of processes and workflows.
• NetSuite proficiency: Must have experience working with NetSuite ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills: Knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced formulas is critical.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Catch up on AP/AR tasks, ensuring all outstanding invoices and payments are reconciled and processed accurately.
• Support the team during the NetSuite system conversion, providing seamless transitions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain clear and accurate financial records within Excel and NetSuite.
• Assist in solving issues related to data migration and system integration.
